Instead of Alcathons, how would you like a hospitality room that is hosted by your Area Delegate, an Area DCM, other Area Officer, Area Committee Chairperson, or Home Group, at various time slots throughout the convention?

Examples might be: "Meet your Area Delegate" The Area Delegate would be on hand to make a mini presentation for first 15 minutes and then answer questions and have copies of a GSO related nature to hand out. Could have hour slots for Alternate Delegate, Treasurer, Secretary and Area Chairperson to do likewise. Other hour formats would be DCM's hosting the room and sharing their ideas about how to strengthen District level services. Home Groups could fill-in other time slots, so that there were hosts for the room most every hour there was no speaker meeting.
